What is EduLink?

EduLink is a school information platform that can be accessed on any device – PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device – via a web browser or via the EduLink app. The app is available for Android and iOS devices and download links are below. EduLink can be used by parents, staff and students. What EduLink displays depends on the user type.

How can I get a login?

A child’s personal data merits particular protection under data protection law. Parents with Parental Responsibility will be provided with a login for EduLink as the software can provide access and editing functionality to a child’s personal data. If the school has not been able to verify Parental Responsibility for a parent, evidence will need to be provided.

Please ensure your email address is up-to-date with the school Office. If you need to update it please use this form. Please provide separate addresses for each parent if possible.

If you have requested a login but have not received an email, please check any "spam" or junk folders in your email program in case it has ended up there.

How do I access EduLink?

Your username is normally the email address we hold for you (if you have not provided us with one, you will receive a letter containing a username).

You will be issued with a temporary password. You’ll need to change this – please use something secure (it must be at least 8 characters).

If you are using the EduLink app you’ll also need the school ID which is ‘priory’.

If an EduLink login we sent you has expired, or you have forgotten your password completely, you can reset it via the "Reset Login" link on the EduLink home page. (Note : In the app, this link only appears once you've attempted to log in).

Is EduLink secure?

All data within the EduLink software is encrypted and secured using the most up-to-date TLS 1.2 secure encryption technology.

How can I get help with using EduLink?

We hope you will find EduLink very easy to use but there are some simple help guides downloadable below.

If you have any other queries please email us. Please note that to ensure data security we cannot deal with queries indirectly via students.

Are more features planned for EduLink?

Yes – we will gradually be enabling more features so that EduLink can replace more of our older online systems.
